God's Value System

Everyone has a value system. A set of rules and guidelines that governs their lives. And, to the degree that they live up to this internal value system, they feel good about themselves. Many even imagine that by being faithful to their values, they are pleasing to God. However, God's value system does not work that way. Rather than focusing on what we do-God focuses on what and who we are.
