Gary morgan
Senior Pastor. Gary Morgan is married to Donna Morgan and has three adult children. He has an MDiv from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has pastored Cowboy Church since May 2001.
chris maddox
Executive Pastor. Chris Maddox is married to April Maddox and has six children. He is a long time Ellis County resident, businessman, and competitive team roper. He has served Cowboy Church since 2009.


ray boyd
Connections Pastor. Ray and his wife, Candy have 5 grown children and a baker's dozen grandchildren. He received his MS in Counseling from Texas A&M- Commerce. Ray has been a member of Cowboy Church since 2008 and joined the staff as the Connections Pastor in 2014.

matt sosebee
Families Pastor. Matt is married to Dana Sosebee and has five children. Matt has a passion for seeing kids and families grow in their faith. He has been a teacher and student pastor for the past 20 years.

BOONE REITZ
Ministries Pastor. Boone is married to Rebecca Reitz and is the father of three adult children. He has been at Cowboy Church since 2001 serving in a variety of ministry roles. He has a heart for evangelism and outreach.

Lloyd White
Operations Pastor. Lloyd and his wife Haley have been married almost 4 years. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science. Before being called into full time ministry, Lloyd was employed by Nutrien Ag Solutions. Lloyd served faithfully as a Lay Pastor at Cowboy Church before joining the staff in 2022.

billy robinson
Maintenance Coordinator. Billy is married to Mary Robinson and has four adult children and thirteen grandchildren. He is a retired Oncor supervisor and oversees everything that has to do with Cowboy Church facilities.

KATHY TILLER
Operations Coordinator. Kathy is married to Bart Tiller and has four adult daughters & seven grandchildren. She has been serving the Cowboy Church on the Counting Team Ministry since 2016.

DALTON CREECH
Youth Minister. Dalton is originally from Carthage, Texas and is currently majoring in Agribusiness at Tarleton State University. Dalton’s passion for the spiritual condition of youth is evident by his serving in the AFCC Cowboy Camps since he was 16. “I’m two things: a Christian and a cowboy; you don’t get one without the other.”

rebecca crandall
Children Minister. Rebecca is a mother of two and a full time elementary school teacher. She has a passion for helping children learn about Jesus in fun and exciting ways.

Melissa alejos
Ministry Coordinator. Melissa is married to Fred Alejos and has two young children. She is a former legal secretary who has been serving Cowboy Church with her administrative skills since 2016.

Kaitlyn shaw
Media Coordinator. Kaitlyn graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Agricultural Communications. She has a passion for marketing & serving the youth of Ellis County. She has been a member of the Cowboy Church since 2000.
