Chris Maddox
Chris Maddox is married to April Maddox and has six children. He is a long time Ellis County resident, a businessman, and a competitive team roper. He has been serving the Cowboy Church for over 20 years as a Team Leader, Administrator, Executive Pastor and now as our Senior Pastor.
Connections Pastor
Ray Boyd
Ray and his wife, Candy have 5 grown children and a baker's dozen grandchildren. He received his MS in Counseling from Texas A&M- Commerce. Ray has been a member of Cowboy Church since 2008 and joined the staff as the Connections Pastor in 2014.
Ministries Pastor
Boone Reitz
Boone is married to Rebecca Reitz and is the father of three adult children. He has been at Cowboy Church since 2001 serving in a variety of ministry roles. He has a heart for evangelism and outreach.
Ministry Coordinator
Melissa Alejos
Melissa is married to Fred Alejos and has two young children. She is a former legal secretary who has been serving Cowboy Church with her administrative skills since 2016.
Families Pastor
Matt Sosebee
Matt is married to Dana Sosebee and has five children. Matt has a passion for seeing kids and families grow in their faith. He has been a teacher and student pastor for the past 25 years. Matt has been serving at the Cowboy Church since 2015.
Operations Pastor
Lloyd White
Lloyd and his wife Haley are residents of Waxahachie. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science in 2011. Before being called into full time ministry, Lloyd was employed by Nutrien Ag Solutions and served faithfully as a Lay Pastor at Cowboy Church before joining the staff in 2022.

Kathy Tiller
Kathy is married to Bart Tiller and has four adult daughters & seven grandchildren. She has been serving the Cowboy Church on the Counting Team Ministry since 2016.
Youth Minister
Chris Douglas
Chris "CJ" is married to Suzie Douglas and they have two children together. Chris is an Air Force Veteran and retired Law Enforcement Officer that has been a part of Cowboy Church since 2016
serving on the security team
and Lord's Wranglers Ministry.
Associate Youth Minister
Kris Rinaldi
Kris is married to Andy Rinaldi, and together they have a daughter with another on the way. He works as a third-party energy inspector and has been attending CCEC since 2020. Kris became involved in youth ministry in 2022 and has a passion for helping students build a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. Having come to faith later in life, he has a heart for reaching young men, husbands, and fathers and helping them grow in their walk with the Lord.
Children Minister
Rebecca Crandall
Rebecca is a mother of two and a full time elementary school teacher. She has a passion for helping children learn about Jesus in fun and exciting ways.
Media Coordinator
Kaitlyn Thomas
Kaitlyn is married to Garrett and they have one daughter. She graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Agricultural Communications. Kaitlyn loves using her creative gifts to share the Gospel to the world. She has a passion for photography, marketing & serving the youth of Ellis County. She has been a member of the Cowboy
Church since 2000.
Music Minister
Curtis McConnell
Curtis is married to Melissa and has two boys and seven grandchildren. He has been a member of Cowboy Church since 2003, and has been involved in the Music Ministry for 20 years. He loves serving
the Lord with music.
Media Assistant
Tanya Adkins
Tanya is married to Matt and is the proud mother of two grown sons and grandmother of four. A Marine Corps veteran, she has been part of CCEC since 2016, serving through the Youth, Coaches, and Volunteer ministries before joining the Media Team. Tanya has a heart for serving others and using her gifts to help share the Gospel and the mission of Cowboy Church with the Western community.
Maintenance Coordinator
Billy Robinson
Billy is married to Mary Robinson and has four adult children, thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He is retired from Oncor and oversees everything that has to do with Cowboy Church facilities.

Robert Miller
Robert is married to Shannon Miller and has two daughters and two granddaughters. He has been a member of the Cowboy Church since 2006. He enjoys volunteering his time at the church Team Ropings and spending time outdoors.

Kevin Oginski
Kevin and his wife have been members of the Cowboy Church of Ellis County for 11 years. In their spare time, they are active in dog rescue. After 30 years in government service, he is honored to join the staff at CCEC and
take care of God's house.
